YOUR LAUNDRY CONCIERGE (YLC) CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT & POLICIES
By scheduling and using services with Your Laundry Concierge, you agree to the following terms and policies:
SERVICE OVERVIEW
Your Laundry Concierge provides pickup, wash & fold, and delivery services with a standard turnaround time of approximately 48 hours.
PICKUP & DELIVERY WINDOWS
• Pickup Window: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Delivery Window: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Clients are responsible for ensuring items are ready and accessible during scheduled pickup times.
PICKUP READINESS POLICY
• Laundry must be bagged and ready at the time of pickup
• If a pickup is confirmed and laundry is not available:
A $10 missed pickup fee will be applied
• Service will be rescheduled for the next available route day
PAYMENT POLICY (IMPORTANT)
• Payment is required prior to delivery
• Accepted methods supported by Stripe.
👉 Orders will NOT be delivered until payment is received
This policy ensures timely and efficient service for all clients.
DELIVERY POLICY
• Deliveries are completed within the scheduled delivery window
If payment has been received:
• Orders may be delivered to a safe, designated location
• A delivery confirmation photo may be taken
If a safe delivery location is not available:
• Delivery may be rescheduled to the next available route day
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients must:
• Provide accurate address and contact information
• Ensure safe and accessible pickup/drop-off locations
• Respond to service communications when necessary
ITEM HANDLING
• Items will be handled with care using standard laundering practices
• Please clearly identify any special instructions (if applicable)
Your Laundry Concierge is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Color bleeding or shrinkage due to manufacturer defects
• Items left in pockets
UNCLAIMED / DELAYED DELIVERY POLICY
• Items not delivered due to lack of payment, communication, or inability to complete delivery will be securely held until the matter is resolved
• A daily storage fee of $5.00 per order will be applied beginning 24 hours after the initial delivery attempt
• Clients will be notified of any outstanding balance, including applicable storage fees, prior to release of items
• All outstanding balances, including service and storage fees, must be paid in full prior to release of items
• Items will be held for a maximum of 90 days from the service completion date
• If items remain unclaimed after 90 days, they will be considered abandoned and become the property of Your Laundry Concierge. Items may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled at the company’s discretion without further notice

To maintain high-quality service:
• Policies are applied consistently to all clients
• Exceptions are limited to ensure fairness and operational efficiency
